Ad-Hoc - No fix, No fee!

For people who need support just a couple of times a year Hallidays charge £125 per fix, per call, if we can not fix your issue over the phone or remotely you will not be charged for the support.

Fixed Pricing For Peace Of Mind

Unlimited phone and remote support for a fixed monthly fee meaning no surprise charges but with the peace of mind of on demand support.

Active Health Monitoring

We can login remotely and check the status of your server systems' health weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Proactive server management reduces the chance of failure but also minimises disruption should disaster strike. Active health monitoring starts from as little as £75 per month.

Remote Backup Processing

Using the same technology as active health monitoring, we can login daily and process your backups, check backup health and make sure your data is completely recoverable should any disasters occur. Remote backup starts from as little as £150 per month.

Discounted Engineers

Only available to those with a current support contract, pre-purchased days protect against unforeseen engineer costs and come at a discounted price, you can save almost £350 per day against ad-hoc charging.

Banked Time

Banked time can be purchased at a 25% discount on normal hourly charge rates and saved until you need them. The time you purchase is yours forever with no expiry date. Banked time must be purchased at least 14 days before they are used for support otherwise normal charges apply.

Optional Finance
