| Outside work: | Nigel has a fondness for boats however he prefers Spain to the Irish Sea as he is adamant that ten minutes in the Irish Sea in August will result in hypothermia, radiation sickness or both. He is also a enthusiastic cyclist, who has entered races and completed the coast to coast. | |

| Experience & specialisms: | John trained and qualified at Hallidays before doing his taxation exams and becoming a member of the Institute of Taxation. However that was many years ago and in the intervening period he has expanded his knowledge through dealing with many complex tax scenarios involving SME's trusts and individuals. | |
| Outside work: | Despite his undoubted intelligence it has taken many years and several painful injuries for John to realize that at his age he should indulge in his favourite sport, rugby, as a spectator rather than a participator. |

| Experience & specialisms: | Anna trained and qualified with Hallidays and since then has developed her experience of owner-managed businesses, and working with specialist charities. | |
| Outside work: | Despite the implication of the name she is not related to Nigel. Anna is a keen Motor Racing fan and her more recent fitness endeavours have seen her cycling in all weathers, but always with a smile on her face! |

Valerie Wain |

| Experience & specialisms: | Valerie trained and qualified at Hallidays and became partner in June 2002. She works closely with family owned businesses, and has specialist knowledge of Credit Unions. She is also qualified as an Independent Financial Adviser, and heads up the Hallidays Independent Financial Services department. | |
| Outside work: | After trying her hand at rugby in her youthful days Valerie now prefers to have less bruises and keeps fit at the gym. However the bruises don't appear to have diminished largely thanks to her hobby of D.I.Y. | |
Philip Eagle |

| Experience & specialisms: | Philip trained and qualified at Hallidays. Since then Philip has qualified as a member of the Institute of Taxation. The technical expertise he has gained is immense and is an extremely valuable resource for the firm and its clients. | |
| Outside work: | Philip hones his intellectual ability outside work by playing Bridge and looking after his wife and young daughter (but not necessarily in that order). | |
Paul Whitney |

| Experience & specialisms: | Paul is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years experience of working with SME businesses. Paul now splits his time between working with his own growing portfolio of clients, and providing specialist expertise in areas such as goals based business planning, exit planning, UK and international restructures, and strategic tax planning. Paul has acted as a virtual Finance Director and non-exec Director for a number of larger Hallidays clients, and regularly presents to SME businesses and finance professionals on business development techniques. |

| Outside work: | Paul is a great lover of overseas travel, however whilst in the UK he can always be found at the weekend cycling, competing in triathlons or watching his beloved Manchester City. |

Philip Jones |

| Experience & specialisms: | Philip was made a partner of Hallidays in October 2008. He joined Hallidays in 2001 and qualified as ACCA in 2004. During this time he has focussed on client development and specifically assists his clients with Hallidays Added Value Services such as Business Development, Taxation and Wealth Planning. Philip is a straight talker and consequently has very frank and open relationships with his clients. |

| Outside work: | Philip joined Hallidays having back packed around the world and has now hung up his football boots to enjoy the pleasure of the golf course. |

Lyndsey Hayes |

| Experience & specialisms: | Lyndsey joined Hallidays in 1997 and was promoted to the senior management team in 2005. She oversees the IT department and has developed the software which manages the workflow in all departments in the firm. She has also written a market leading property lending, risk analysis tool which is used by many of the high street and merchant banks. She has a wide commercial experience and in 2008 took on the additional responsiblity for all HR and personnel matters within the company. |

| Outside work: | Lyndsey creates 3D digital art in the portrait and fantasy genre as well as finding time for photography and her young family. |

| Experience & specialisms: | Jane has over 30 years marketing expertise and qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. “I felt drawn to the challenges marketing a product or service presents from very early on in my career. I have marketed the services and products offered by a mid range hotel, specialist clothing worn by explorers who have conquered Everest and now, helping Hallidays clients and prospects by listening to what they need and exceeding those expectations.” |

| Outside work: | Cycling as often as possible, tennis, in fact most things energetic. Making people smile. |
