The firm was busy which had led to not investing both time and money into their Marketing. This had started to impact on the businesses growth and direction.

The ‘debt management’ sector has faced major challenges with new FCA regulations. This has seen 90% of competitors exit the market. As a business owner, Bev had some major challenges to address.

After

After attending ‘Growth through leadership’ Bev implemented DISC profiling for her team. Changes in communication styles improved the overall understanding and speed of implementation throughout the team.

‘Growth through Marketing’ led to Bev and the team reviewing the firms message for consistency with their vision. She ensured this was clearly communicated to the internal team and via their new websites. They are now attracting their ideal clients and improving conversions.

Since attending ‘Removing barriers for growth’ Bev has applied her learning, which is now part of her working day, to emerge with FCA authorisation and a plan to significantly grow the business.
