1.01 Standard Terms of Business

The firm’s professional indemnity insurer is American International Group UK Limited/AIG Europe SA, who can be located at The AIG Building,  58 Fenchurch Street,  London,  EC3M 4AB. The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.

Where the firm or its associates earn commission in respect of transactions we arrange for you, our fees otherwise payable by you will not be abated by such amounts.

4.2

Interest on client monies will be calculated using the prevailing rate applied by Royal Bank of Scotland.

The firm is not wholly owned and/or controlled by a single member.

The firm accepts settlement of fees by certain credit cards.

The firm does not use the HMRC Agent Toolkits as outlined in paragraph 9.3, their use being voluntary.

This engagement letter is governed by and construed in accordance with English law.

We are not licensed or authorised for the reserved legal activity of non-contentious probate. Consequently, any work we do for you on closely aligned activities, such as estate administration or inheritance tax advice, will not be covered by the ICAEW Probate Compensation Scheme and you will not have access to the Legal Ombudsman, nor will our advice be covered by legal professional privilege.

1.01a Data processor – additional information

3.1

The duration of the data processing for this engagement will be Unit engagement renewal.

4.1

The nature and purpose of the data processing is AML and Services requested by the client.

5.1

The types of personal data to be processed are:

Names, Addresses, Dates of birth, Telephone numbers, Email addresses, Employee/payroll numbers, National insurance numbers, Salaries, Pension membership details, bank account details, credit/debit card numbers, tax reference numbers, passport numbers, driving licence numbers, IP addresses, .

There is no special personal data being processed.

5.01  Production of annual financial statements only

Intro

The financial statements will be prepared in accordance with the FRS 102 accounting basis.

Helen Huxley is the person you have informed us who will be your primary point of contact for the production of the financial statements.

5.03 Management accounts

There is no third party interested in the management accounts.

The purpose of the management accounts is Assisting the client in monitoring the on-going trading position of the business

Further responsibilities for company directors/designated members is not relevant.

The management accounts will commence with the period ended 31 March and continue quarterly thereafter.

Taxation Services

6.01  Corporation tax, including preparation and filing of iXBRL accounts

We are responsible for the generation of the iXBRL tagged accounts to be submitted electronically to HMRC and, if relevant, Companies House.

1.3(e)

In order for the CTSA return to be completed and submitted by the due date of 31 MARCH, we need to receive all relevant information by 01 APRIL.

The submission of form CT61 and the remittance to HMRC will be done by the Firm.
